On Aug 22, a small team of 3 left the small town of Nuevo to join up with our friend And brother in Christ Roy Cypher. After a long drive we arrived at T.B.N. for a 2Hr teaching, encouragement and pray session, Then off to the streets of LA where we spent the day with Bill Henderson from Henderson International Ministries, Mike Mireles, And Hope For The Homeless Youth, along with teams from other Churches, to feed the homeless and spared the good news Of Jesus Christ.
For a long time my daughter Ashleigh has been wanting to get involved with outreach ministry. When Roy had informed her of the outreach she wanted to GO! Off we went with a young man from our church.
One of the highlights of the day was the pulling of the cross every young man took he turn picking Up the cross and pulling it up and down the street, I even but my camera down and gave it a pull.
